Shop policies

I really hope you will love what you ordered from me.
Be aware that the actual colors of the prints may be slightly different from what you see on your computer screen.

If you receive an item that does not fulfill what you were looking for, email me within 3 days after reception and we will work it out. Also, you can always email me with your questions before making your purchase: I will happily answer you.

Refunds or exchanges can not be accepted for a piece of artwork custom made. These are special paintings that we work together along the creative process so there should be no negative surprise for you once it is in your hands.

About the payments

I only accept payment via Paypal. But do not worry, you are not obliged to have a Paypal account to use it, you can pay with your credit card via Paypal’s website without being registered.

If I haven’t received your payment within three days (72 hours) I will cancel the order. But I always check with you by email first.

Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Canada via Canada Post (domestic orders as well as international orders).

After receiving the Paypal payment confirmation, I send the items as soon as possible, within 3 working days.
I decided to offer the shipping and handling fees for free, to make it easier for everyone (you as well as me).

If nothing indicated, I use the mailing address listed on Paypal, so please ensure this information is up to date. If you want your order to be shipped somewhere else, then please note it in the “Note to seller”. I am not responsible if you do not receive your order because you didn’t specify it correctly.
